कविता का हिन्दी में अर्थ -

You have a few crayons,
तुम्हारे पास कुछ क्रेयॉन हैं।

Red, yellow and blue.

लाल, पीला और नीला।

Green, purple and gray,

हरा, बैंगनी और स्लेटी।

I have some too.

मेरे पास भी कुछ हैं।

I need the red.
मुझे लाल रंग चाहिए।

and you need the black.
और तुम्हें काला रंग चाहिए।

If we share our crayons,
यदि हम अपने क्रेयॉन बाँट लें,

we have a full pack!
तो हमारे पास पूरा रंगों का पैक हो जाएगा।

1. How many children are there in the poem?

Answer:

There are two children in the poem.

2. Why did the children want to share the crayons?

Answer:

The children wanted to share the crayons so that they could have all the colours.

3. How can the children in the poem have a full pack?

Answer:

The children can have a full pack by sharing their crayons with each other.

B. Think and say

 

1. The children in the poem shared their crayons. Do you share anything with your friends? What do you share?

Answer:

Yes, I share things with my friends. I share my crayons, pencils, toys and lunch.

 

2. You have only green, blue and red crayons. Talk in pairs what you would want to draw.

Answer:

I would like to draw a tree, sky and a flower.

(Tree – green, Sky – blue, Flower – red)

 

3. Now you have blue, green, red, yellow, brown and orange crayons. What can you draw?

Answer:

I can draw a beautiful garden with trees, flowers, sun and birds.
